On the afternoon of March 31, The branch of Nanjing University of Technology CNC Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2024 annual organizational life meeting. Officials from the Central Business District Party Working Committee attended the meeting, engaging in heart-to-heart talks, exchanging ideas, and conducting in-depth discussions with the branch members, putting the principles of intra-Party political life into practice.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
Party branch secretary Cui Junjun led all Party members in studying the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, at the Jiangsu delegation's deliberation of the first session of the 14th National People's Congress on March 5, 2025.
Party branch secretary Cui Junjun reported to all Party members on the progress of Party member team building, ideological and political construction, and other work in 2024, and pointed out the shortcomings in the branch committee's work in the previous year.
Party branch secretary Cui Junjun led by example, proactively analyzing personal problems, setting a serious and pragmatic tone. Branch members conducted self-criticism and criticism based on their own realities, proactively highlighting shortcomings and deficiencies, and addressing issues directly and frankly in their on-site speeches.
Party members conducted democratic assessments of the branch committee and all Party members through anonymous voting and democratic evaluation, putting forward objective assessment opinions.
After the meeting, the person in charge of the Central Business District Party Working Committee first affirmed the successful convening of this democratic life meeting. The branch earnestly implemented the deployment requirements of the superior Party working committee, regularly held the "Three Meetings and One Lesson" (three regular meetings and one lesson), organized various activities, and paid attention to the deep integration of Party building work and business work, giving full play to the exemplary role of Party members. This demonstrated the branch's courage in taking responsibility, its emphasis on work implementation, and its highlight of the political functions of grassroots Party organizations.
Following this, three suggestions were put forward for the future development of our company's branch. First, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of regulations to continuously improve the effectiveness of Party branch work. Through organizational life meetings, we must further improve our political standing, treat intra-Party political life seriously, earnestly conduct "Three Meetings and One Lesson" activities and themed Party day activities, unite Party members closely around the branch, and truly build the branch into a strong team capable of overcoming difficulties. Second, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of rectification measures to continuously improve the work level of the Party branch. After the meeting, the opinions from the meeting must be carefully sorted out to form a problem rectification list and propose practical measures. We must enrich the forms of organizational life and innovate in conducting branch work. We must integrate Party building work deeply into production and operation work, achieving a win-win situation where strong Party building leads to strong development. Third, we must grasp the local integration to continuously improve the practical and industrial level of the Party branch. It is hoped that the Party branch of Nanjing University of Technology CNC will continue to deepen its sense of responsibility in practical economics, quickly integrate into the wave of high-quality development of the Jiangbei New Area, and contribute to the economic prosperity of the Central Business District!
