In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and solidly promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of Party history learning and education, on May 25th, the Party branch of Nanjing University of Technology CNC Technology Co., Ltd. organized all Party members and active Party applicants to go to the Nanjing Lishui Dajinshan National Defense Park to carry out an immersive Party building education activity with the theme of "Revisiting the Long March Road and Promoting Patriotism". By experiencing the spirit of the Long March on site, reflecting on Lei Feng's character, and revisiting the history of the Party and the military, we have further strengthened the ideal beliefs and mission responsibilities of Party members and cadres.
At the beginning of the event, all party members embarked on the "miniature Long March" with full spirit. The 2.5-kilometer simulated route reproduces key nodes such as the bloody battle of the Xiangjiang River, the Zunyi Conference, and the Four Crossing of the Chishui River. The guides along the way vividly tell touching stories about the Long March. Comrades have personally experienced the revolutionary spirit of the Red Army soldiers, who fearlessly face difficulties and unite to forge ahead, by climbing "snow capped mountains" and crossing "grasslands".
In the exhibition hall of Lei Feng's life and deeds, old photos and physical objects depict the ordinary yet great life of Comrade Lei Feng. Everyone stopped and stared, carefully listening to the guide's account of Lei Feng's journey from a difficult childhood to growing up into a model of wholeheartedly serving the people; The inscriptions of Chairman Mao and other party and state leaders for Lei Feng, one after another, demonstrate the high praise and strong advocacy of Lei Feng's spirit; The exhibition hall also showcases typical examples of learning from Lei Feng that emerged in different periods, allowing everyone to deeply feel the profound influence and intergenerational inheritance of Lei Feng's spirit.
The park displays retired weapons and equipment such as tanks, artillery, and fighter jets, each carrying the glorious history of the People's Army. Party members observed these 'steel warriors' up close and listened to the commentators tell their stories of battles and technological innovations behind them.
The party history and national history education center takes the time axis as the main line, and through precious documents, historical images and scene restoration, it shows the great leap of the CPC leading the people from standing up, getting rich to becoming strong in a panoramic way. The detailed historical data made all the members accept a profound thought baptism.
This party building activity is not only a historical review, but also a questioning of the original intention and an oath of mission.
