It successfully breaks through the industry bottlenecks in processing accuracy, stability and efficiency, and can achieve batch processing of GB4 grade high-precision gear shafts, gear rings and internal gears, perfectly meeting the strict processing standards of high-end fields such as wind power and aviation.

After 15 years of in-depth research and development on CNC forming grinding machines, we have gathered over 40 senior R&D professionals and established a professional integrated R&D team of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. With high-quality talents, we have firmly built the core competitiveness of our products. We have already mass-produced the SKMC series of large-scale CNC forming grinding machines, covering all specifications within φ5000 and providing non-standard customization for specifications above φ5000. We were the first in the country to mass-produce 3-meter forming grinding machines, 5-meter internal and external compound grinding machines, and 5-meter double-column grinding machines.
The functional configuration is complete, enabling import substitution. We can flexibly select functional components such as inner grinding arms, inner grinding heads, and rear columns. The configuration is comprehensive and complete, capable of achieving precise processing of gear shafts, external straight/angled gears, and internal straight/angled gears. Through continuous iterative development, the processing accuracy and stability have continuously improved.
