Nanjing Gongda CNC Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 and is located in Jiangbei New District, Nanjing City. The company integrates product design, research and development, manufacturing, and sales, adheres to innovative concepts, insists on taking the path of specialization, refinement, and innovation, and is committed to creating a national brand of high-end gear manufacturing equipment in China. The company currently has more than 300 employees, including nearly 100 R&D personnel, and a core R&D team composed of high-level talents such as industry experts, professors, and PhDs, totaling more than 40 people.
The company has multiple important qualifications and honors: it has been awarded titles such as national level specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprise, high-tech enterprise, etc; We have passed multiple system certifications, including ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, ISO45001 occupational health and safety, safety production three-level management standardization, and GB/T29490 intellectual property management standardization.
In terms of business layout, the company has established "Nanjing Purong CNC Equipment Co., Ltd.", "Yantai Nangong University Global Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.", and "Nanjing Gongda CNC Tools Co., Ltd." as its controlling shareholder, gradually expanding its presence in the fields of gear cutting tools and functional components.
At present, the company has formed two core products: CNC gear making machine tools and intelligent manufacturing equipment. These products are widely used in industries such as wind power, engineering machinery, shield tunneling machines, forging machinery, petroleum mining, metallurgy, etc., and have won more than 40 honors including national key new products, Jiangsu Province's first (set) major equipment, Jiangsu Province's excellent new products, and Jiangsu Province's high-tech products.
The company attaches great importance to industry-university-research cooperation, and has established close partnerships with numerous universities such as Nanjing Tech University, Chongqing University, and Nanjing Institute of Technology, forming a stable industry-university-research team. Leveraging these collaborations, the company has established innovative platforms such as the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Industrial Equipment Digital Manufacturing and Control Technology and the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for CNC Special Equipment, and has equipped itself with precision instruments such as high-end worm gear hobbing machines, spindle rotation error analyzers, laser interferometers, articulated arm coordinate measuring machines, laser calibrators, and cutting force precise measurement systems, in order to continuously enhance its innovation capabilities.
In terms of intellectual property, the company has achieved remarkable results in its construction: it has been granted 100 valid invention patents (including China Patent Gold and Silver Awards), 10 utility model patents, 51 copyrights, 6 trademarks, 1 overseas patent, and 1 design patent, mastering a number of core technologies in various fields. A number of patent groups have been formed around directions such as "polar coordinate gear machining machine tool", "digital comprehensive mechanical performance testing platform", and "heavy-duty precision CNC rotary table".
