Professor Huang Xiaodiao

National Model Enterprise for the Construction of a Strong Intellectual Property Country. Winner of China Patent Gold Award, China Patent Silver Award, Jiangsu Province Outstanding Inventor, and Jiangsu Province First Prize in Science and Technology. Based on "technological innovation," has been engaged in CNC technology theory research and technology development. He has presided over more than 20 national major projects and national natural science foundation projects. R & D of CNC powerful cutting lathe, slewing bearing complex surface processing software, CNC high-speed gear milling machine tools, slewing bearing comprehensive performance test bed and other products, breaking through the traditional technology, to fill the domestic gap.

Professor Hong Rongjing

Professor Hong Rongjing is currently the Vice Chairman and Dean of the Industrial Research Institute of the company, as well as the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing and Control Technology for Industrial Equipment in Jiangsu Province. Research and teaching in mechanical and electronic engineering, research and industrialization of high-end intelligent equipment, undertaken the National Natural Science Foundation, National Science and Technology Support Program, Jiangsu Province Major Research Projects, and Jiangsu Province Special Funds for Achievement Transformation, and have trained a group of professional and technical talents in the field of CNC. The achievements of CNC gear milling machines, CNC gear grinding machines, and wind power test benches have been industrialized, and have been awarded honors such as national key new products and the first (set) in Jiangsu Province.

Dr. Yu Chunjian

Current chairman and general manager of the company. Senior Engineer, Jiangsu Province Industry Professor, Nanjing Zijinshan Talent Technology Entrepreneur. Led the research and development of the ZT16-35SW series double worm gear drive rotary-table, with key performance indicators reaching the international advanced level, providing high-quality functional components for SKXC series CNC forming milling machines, SKMC series CNC forming grinding machines, and high-efficiency, high-precision, and multi reconfigurable composite CNC machine tools. Received 26 national authorized invention patents, 6 provincial and ministerial level awards such as the China Patent Gold Award, and led the company's business operations.

Dr. Chen Jie, professor

Director of the Mechatronics Research Institute at Nanjing Tech University, recipient of the "Qinglan Project" Academic Leader Award for Middle-aged and Young Scholars by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the "Outstanding Contributions of Middle-aged and Young Experts" title by the Nanjing Municipal Government. Also serves as an expert reviewer for intelligent manufacturing under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Has led or participated in over 10 provincial/ministerial-level projects, including national major science and technology projects, national key research and development plans, and Jiangsu Provincial key research and development initiatives. Published more than 30 SCI/EI papers, authored 5 monographs/ textbooks (including *Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Intelligent Monitoring of Rotary Bearings*, which fills a domestic gap), and holds 15 authorized invention patents. The achievement has won 8 provincial and ministerial level awards, including the first prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology and the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology. In recent years, we have been committed to the development of domestic testing equipment for wind power and shield machine bearings, and have achieved remarkable results.

Dr. Wang Hua, professor

Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Nanjing University of Technology, Young and Middle aged Academic Leader of the "333 Project" in Jiangsu Province, High level Talent of the "Six Talent Peaks", Outstanding Backbone Teacher of the "Blue Project", Project Evaluation Expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology/National Natural Science Foundation, Reviewer of more than ten international journals such as Measurement and TIE. Hosted over 10 provincial and ministerial level projects, including National Natural Science Foundation Youth/General Projects, National Science and Technology Major Projects/National Key R&D Program Tasks, and Jiangsu Provincial Key R&D Program; Published over 50 SCI/EI papers, authored 5 monographs/textbooks, and obtained 35 authorized invention patents. The achievement has won 5 provincial and ministerial level awards, including the first prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology and the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology. The large-scale bearing test equipment developed under the leadership has made significant contributions to the localization of bearings for large megawatt wind turbines, tunnel boring machines, and other applications.
