Gleason P2800 worm wheel hobbing machine

In 2013, one Gleason Pfadt P2800 CNC gear hobbing machine was introduced from Germany. This machine tool is used for hobbing worm gears, cylindrical spur gears, helical gears, and other workpieces that can be machined using the hobbing method. The machining diameter reaches 2800mm, the maximum module reaches 20mm, and the machining accuracy reaches DIN 2 level. In 2014, it was recognized as the first introduction of major equipment in Jiangsu Province.
