Used for various specifications of the gearbox factory test, type test and product research test. lntegration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, measurement, control and other advanced industrial technology.
The test bench adopts advanced vector or DTC control technology, and directly controls the driving motor and responsiblemotor through the load free loading unit, achieving precise control of the system. The motor parameters can be optimizedand adjusted to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct experiments using energy feedback technology. From an energy perspective, the external only needs to providethe portion of power that is converted into heat due to mechanical friction and electronic component losses during thetest cycle to enable the system to operate.
Load power range: kilowatt(KW) level to megawatt(MW) level.
