SKDL series of polar coordinates CNC gear compound chamfering machine is based on CNC envelope principle, using carbide milling cutter to chamfer both sides of inner / outer straight / helical gear. Chamfering on both sides of the tooth slot at the same time, with chamfering size and shape adjustable, chamfering size consistent, automatic alignment of the tooth slot, high automation, high efficiency and so on. Suitable for diameter Φ150 ~ 4000mm gear tooth profile / tooth direction CNC chamfering.

Introduction To Machine Tools
SKDL series of polar coordinates CNC gear compound chamfering machine is based on CNC envelope principle, using carbide milling cutter to chamfer both sides of inner / outer straight / helical gear. Chamfering on both sides of the tooth slot at the same time, with chamfering size and shape adjustable, chamfering size consistent, automatic alignment of the tooth slot, high automation, high efficiency and so on. Suitable for diameter Φ150 ~ 4000mm gear tooth profile / tooth direction CNC chamfering.
Chamfer Type
The machine tool adopts AC variable frequency electric spindle direct drive technology, and uses a variable diameter ER chuck to hold a hard alloy chamfering milling cutter for chamfering processing. The form of chamfering is determined by the tool form, and can achieve various chamfering forms such as 30 °/45 °/R angle. The size of the chamfer can be set arbitrarily by the machine tool, which controls the chamfer size through the feed depth of the Z1/Z2 (or X1/X2) axis. The hardness of the workpiece is HB250-350, and it can process 3.5X45 ° chamfers with one tool. The surface roughness is Ra6.3.
Auxiliary Functions
Additional mechanical sealing device on the turntable to prevent iron filings from entering. The electric spindle adopts closed-loop circulating water cooling. cutting tool adopts air-cooled dry cutting, which can provide quick positioning and clamping solutions for various types of gears.
Machine Tool Protection
The machine tool adopts the Siemens SINUMERIK828D CNC system, which is equipped with a 10.4 inch color LCD display. The front panel supports USB and Ethernet interfaces, facilitating human-machine and Ethernet interfaces, facilitating human-machine interaction and program data input. The system adopts high-speed bus communication, equipped with Chinese display and handheld operation unit, with high reliability. The CNC system of the machine tool can be online debugged and program transmitted with a PC; At the same time, it is equipped with a trigger type measuring head, which realizes the alignment measurement of the tooth surface through the digital measurement interface of the system. The relative position relationship between the tool and the tooth groove is determined through the built-in software algorithm, realizing the automation of tooth groove alignment, greatly improving alignment efficiency and accuracy.
