Process Combination

Rough milling - Finish milling

The entire machining process of the workpiece can be completed by changing the tool on the same equipment, or it can be directly formed by using a precision milling cutter.

For high-precision and high hardness workpieces, a semi precision milling cutter disc is used to leave a small normal margin for milling teeth and perform gear grinding and forming.

    Single/Double Worm Gear Turn/Rotary-Table

    Adopting heavy-duty and high-precision turn-rotary-table. The locking device increases the cutting rigidity in the circumferential direction of the turn-rotary-table and suppresses radial and circumferential vibration of the turn-rotary-table.
