The SKGC series CNC high-speed gear hobbing machine is suitable for the machining of various high-precision external cylindrical gears, with a machining accuracy of GB 8-9 level. Optional options include milling inner gear spindle box and rear column. This equipment can be widely used for the processing of internal and external gears in industries such as engineering machinery, forging, wind power, and port machinery.
The standard configuration of SKGC series CNC high-speed gear hobbing machine has a maximum machining outer diameter of Φ1250 Φ2000 Φ3000 Φ4000 Φ5000 Specifications such as , with a maximum module of up to 40mm, suitable for various internal/external, straight/helical gear processing.

1. The motor of the machine tool hob spindle is transmitted to the hob spindle through a high-precision gear pair, and the end gear of the hob spindle adopts a backlash mechanism.
2. The hob spindle support adopts hydrostatic bearing structure, which improves transmission rigidity and anti-torsional vibration ability.
3. The tool holder spindle adopts high-precision HSK interface and built-in automatic clamping system to provide high precision, stiffness and balance; It can avoid the wear of the cutting tool aggravated by the lack of system rigidity,thereby increasing the service life of the cutting tool.
4. The linear feed axle/shaft adopts the combination form of steel-inlaid guide rail and linear rolling bearing, and carries out negative clearance guidance with preload, which improves the positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy, and greatly reduces the hobbing vibration produced under the action of alternating cutting force.
5. The basic mechanism parts such as the lathe-bed and column are optimized by a variety of advanced methods, with high dynamic and static stiffness.
6. Equipped with double worm gear and double worm clearance elimination turn/rotary-table, the accuracy of the worm gear pair reaches DIN2 level; Fully hydrostatic guide rail, with strong load-bearing capacity, good dynamic response characteristics, and high motion resolution.
