The movement of each axis of the base is driven by a servo motor combined with a reducer, which can achieve precise positioning ofthe motor in the X//Z directions. The travel of each axis can be customized.
The base has good rigidity, and the vibration performance of the motor running on a three-dimensional (3D) base is leading in chinameeting the vibration speed values of less than 1.5mm/s (16MW motor) and 1.8mm/s (30MW motor) within the full speed range.
The base has the overall lifting ability to achieve rapid switching of the platform.
The efficiency of gearbox station switching has increased by 75%, reducing the switching time from 2 days for traditional base stationsto half (0.5) day or less.
