CIMT2023 | Exciting Moments at the China University of Technology CNC Exhibition

The 18th China International Machine Tool Exhibition (CIMT2023) will be held from April 10th to April 15th, 2023 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall). Gongda CNC showcased its latest product - SKMC-1250/10 gear grinding machine at the exhibition and received enthusiastic attention.
SKMC-1250 (1600 *)/10 gear grinding machine is a high-precision machine tool developed by Gongda CNC for many years. It is suitable for grinding various high-precision external cylindrical gears (with optional internal grinding arm). The upper limit of machining module is 30mm, the upper limit of diameter is 1600mm, the upper limit of helix angle is ± 35 °, and the machining accuracy is GB 5 level. This device can be widely used in industries such as engineering machinery, forging, wind power, and port machinery for grinding high-precision gears.
Main features:
1. Double worm gear static pressure turntable, high precision, high rigidity, and strong load-bearing capacity;
2. The main structure with high rigidity design has good precision retention;

For many years, the CNC technology of China University of Technology has continuously overcome cutting-edge technological challenges and helped solve the problem of "bottleneck". In addition to the SKMC-1250/10 gear grinding machine unveiled at CIMT2023, China has also developed and manufactured its first 5-meter CNC forming gear grinding machine, which was successfully put into operation on April 2nd.
