A few days ago, Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the list of 2020 outstanding postdoctoral research stations and provincial postdoctoral innovation practice bases (Ningrenshe Letter [2020] No. 69), a total of 23 stations (bases) in the city were selected, and the company was among them.
As a high-tech enterprise with technological innovation as its core competitiveness, over the years, we have actively introduced and trained high-level scientific research talents and gradually built up an experienced R & D team. In November 2013, the company was approved to set up a provincial post-doctoral innovation practice base, which relies on the provincial CNC special equipment engineering technology research center, built a good scientific research and office environment, purchased advanced R & D and testing equipment, and hired a number of experts and professors to guide the staff at the station. Around the post-doctoral research projects, through the post-doctoral cooperation tutor system and the organic combination of university mobile station production, learning and research, to promote the company's new product development. The postdoc in the station applied for 20 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, obtained 11 authorized invention patents, 1 utility model patents, and participated in the scientific research achievements won the third prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology. Through the post-doctoral research team as the core in the process of project research and development, but also for the company's R & D team to cultivate a group of reserve talents.
